Refund Policy

CRITICAL VIDEO, INC RETURN POLICY

We here at Critical Video, Inc are dedicated to making sure your video apps are everything you hoped they would be. If you have not already, please reach out to us at support@critical.video with any problems. We will do our best to answer any questions and we take all feedback seriously.  

No Refunds

Critical Video, Inc pays up front costs for services you utilize while on our platform. With that in mind, we reserve the right to deny all refunds. But will work with you directly on a case-by-case basis to make sure all options are explored before denying any requests.

Billing Period Notification Window

By using Critical Video, you agree that you will notify us of issues you run in to within 15 days of the billing period in which the issue happened. All issues should be forwarded to support@critical.video
